Boer/WW1 bullet or Artillery shell sweetheart brooch

Very unusual item that has taken an incredible amount of work, I don’t think this is an actual bullet as it had a diameter of 6mm with a steel body with brass tip and drive band as if made to look like an artillery shell !!! , brooch fitting
