WW1 N.Z 4th Waikato Mounted Rifles (hooked version) cap badge

WW1 New Zealand 4th Waikato Mounted Rifles cap badge. Rare version as it still retains its original front hook used to support the slouch hat brim. ( this hook it simply normally cut off )
Nice makers mark J.R.GAUNT LONDON to rear. Another feature is that the original rear screw post and securing nut are still present again this is normally removed and rear loop fixings used.
