Mint uncleaned killed in action WW1 trio awarded to 16 year old Private 19412 John Edward Hart of the 1st Battalion C Company, 9th Platoon, 2nd Section, 21st Division, B.E.F France.
Buried in Norfolk Cemetery , Becordel-Becourt. France.
Private HART from Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire enlisted in Hull in June 1915 by Xmas he was serving in France, he obviously lied about his age as he was only 15 when he volunteered for service giving his age as 19.
