The Inns of Court & City Yeomanry was formed by merging the Inns of Court Regiment (“Devil’s Own”) and the City of London Yeomanry (“Rough Riders”) in 1961
• Initially an armoured car regiment, it transitioned to signals duties while retaining traditional headgear and badges. The tent cap and its bullion badge remained part of officer dress, especially for ceremonial occasions
Worn By: Commissioned officers of the IC&CY Signal Squadron wear this badge on the tent cap. Ceremonial Dress: It forms part of No. 1 dress (formal uniform)
